Stayed Jan 13, 2025The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, the owners clearly thought of everything that was needed to make their guest comfortable. We very much appreciated the brilliant service Lucca Apartment and Villas have provided from the beginning to the end of our stay. Elizabeth, our contact, knows the apartment inside out. She was generous with her time whenever we had a question and there was never an instance where we felt we were bothering her (which I’m sure we were :) Grazie mille! The WiFi in two of the bedrooms did not work, the waste deposal in the kitchen was not working.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean, spacious appartment. Everthing within 10 minute walk. Send the brochure with tips in advance - so you Can plan the stay and know about the taxi for the luggage.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969space, furniture, location, the kitchen we had a problem with hot water the first day but it was solved very fast. maybe consider to change the boiler with a better solution

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything in it was brand new. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, closets etc and all , very well lit. All new amenities . Completely gut renovated. Well located to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very comfortable. Will come back/
