Stayed Jul 13, 2022Our stay was for medical appointments so location was perfect for us. We booked through VRBO for 2 days and then through Carla’s website. Our stay was about three weeks in total. Carla was gracious and helpful. We made great use of the kitchenette and had we were happy with the A/C. Unfortunately, there were negatives too. The bed was uncomfortable- old and loud springs. The dinner table chairs lacked padding. There are 4 doors/gates (4 separate keys too) to get through to your room (hate to imagine what you’d have to do in an emergency) kitchen water pressure was low, and anytime someone would let the downstairs iron entrance door slam- it would shake the room. Of course out of Carla’s control there was outside building repair going on during our stay. So that just added to the noise along with the busy street traffic. If you are there for a short stay- I’d say minor issues.
