Stayed Jul 19, 2022We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean inside. A five minute walk to a small grocery story. We befriended two cats there on the property. The owners were friendly, engaging and generous with their time and interest in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Stayed Sep 28, 2018Pino was very welcoming and helpful. He showed us round the local area with suggestions on where to eat, swim, walk and shop. We had a perfect week at the end of September/ beginning of October. Lots of beach bars closed on the last weekend of September but we could still swim and find places to have coffee and food. We loved the area - lots of good walking, swimming and food and not too touristy. Would recommend a car as there's lots to explore.

Stayed Sep 16, 2017Located between Mattinata town and the beach, it is easy walking distance to both (approx. 10 minutes). The apartment is clean, well equipped and quiet. The communal roof terrace gives stunning views of the town, mountains and sea. Pino is friendly, welcoming and helpful, as is his sister Anna who speaks excellent English. Anna came to greet us on our arrival to give advice and she was available by text throughout the week. It is reasonably easy to travel around without a car, the bus stop is located in Mattinata town. Out of season (September) buses are not too regular, but we managed to get everywhere we wanted to go with a little careful planning! The beach and harbour are beautiful, as is the surrounding countryside. This is a very peaceful and relaxing part of Puglia. I would fully recommend this lovely apartment and it will be our first choice when we visit this region again.
