THE SPACES

Spacious, bright, and welcoming apartment, ideal for large families or small groups of friends; located on the second and third floors of a recently built building, just 30 meters from the ski lifts.

The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people (8 people in the sleeping area and 2 people in the living area); the spaces are very generous and well-equipped: in addition to Wi-Fi connection, all main areas (living area and various rooms) are equipped with TV; once you enter the house, you will find a large living area fully equipped and furnished with a double sofa bed, service area with laundry and a 10-space ski boot dryer, complete bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area for 10 people.



On the upper floor there is a quadruple room consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, 2 double rooms, as well as a second bathroom.



On both floors there are beautiful terraces with a panoramic view of the Civetta massif, the lake and the departure of the facilities.

The boot dryer present in the apartment is made available to guests free of charge. For guests in the summer season, 1 parking space is made available free of charge in the nearby covered parking lot.



THE LOCATION

The extremely central location is the first advantage of the house. The ski lifts are located in front of the structure, you can go skiing on foot without using a car or other means of transportation. Really convenient! Within a radius of only 200 meters, you will find all the main services: bars, pizzerias, ski and mountain bike rentals, brewery, pharmacy, supermarket, lake, and much more!
