It features a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds, also ideal for the little ones.
The open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and air conditioning ❄️ makes every moment cozy and pleasant.
Even without parking, you won’t need a car… Strategically located, you can move around on foot ‍♂️ and enjoy the best of the area with total freedom!

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 10 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
