We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean, wash dishes, and recycle waste.

Car rentals are also available starting in 2025.

The apartment features two bedrooms (one matrimonial one double), a bright living room with a sofa bed, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning, satellite Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays or remote workers. Outside, guests can relax on the private patio with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners after a day at the beach.

Minimum age 21
If you're a group of young people, the house only welcomes guests 21 and up. Growing up has its perks.

Pets are not allowed.
We love them, but this vacation is for humans only.

Deposit: €200 (mandatory)
A gesture of mutual trust: It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day if you depart after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

Linens upon request
Double bed linen set €40 (also for single use), single bed linen set €20. Please request before arrival.

Times to respect
Check-in 4:00 PM–7:30 PM.
Check-out by 9:00 AM.
Arriving after 8:00 PM €50 supplement.

If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.

Key collection information:
Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place directly at the property or at our offices in Mola.
