Located in a great neighborhood with just a 3 minute easy walk to the beach and town center. There is onsite secure parking and a great coffee shop serving breakfast and lunch.

Casa Malva accommodates up to six guests. With eclectic decor that adds a splash of Mexican color, you will be enchanted and delighted with this space. We have air conditioning in the mainliving area as well as in all the bedrooms, to ensure that you will always be comfortable.

The modern open kitchen/living/dining area is well appointed with all you will need during your stay. The living room opens up to a breezy terrace where you will enjoy village views and jungly hillsides, while overlooking the pool below. With both ceiling fans and AC, your comfort is assured.

The private rooftop terrace offers a private bar, dining space, outdoor lounging space and a hot tub.

The onsite pool is shared by all units and is a great place to swim laps and lounge in the sun.

Eric and property manager Sofia were easy to deal with. The property is in an ideal location neighbouring Yah Yah’s cafe and a brief jaunt to town. Got to love the rooftop patio and plenty of space for the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo itself is immaculate and beautifully kept. And the grounds were lovely… we used the pool every day! And you can’t beat the proximity to the main square/town. Additionally, couldn’t say enough positive things regarding the management team. Eric and Noah were a pleasure to interact with; super helpful and prompt with all our questions. And offered some great travel tips as well. And Claret was so sweet and lovely. We’ll be back!

Our second time in sayulita and we couldn’t be happier with Casa Malva. We have three kids, the youngest is four, and the penthouse suite was a great fit. The Casa had everything we needed when we chose to stay in and cook for ourselves or the kids needed to get out of the sun and just relax. Well situated in the town for accessing anything easily.

Very clean, well designed, and comfortable place to relax and enjoy Sayulita. Kitchen had thoughtful necessary items. Plenty of towels. Great pool setting, parking, etc. This place was amazing!
