Stayed Jun 25, 2025Excellent located, close to Porta Elise, at one end of Via Santa Croce. You can get on the Wall path, visit all the old city inside it. Loved the bedroom at the last floor. I can not think at anything to improve.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024This apartment is cute and in a great location inside the walls of Lucca. The bedroom directly across from the front door has the most comfortable mattress, IMO. The bedroom upstairs has a great view. It really felt like home for 12 days, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Also, pack small bags. Carrying a large suitcase up 72 stairs is not an easy task.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely welcome from Cristina. Great location, great size and very well equiped. Wonderful views from the kitchen window. We were three couples and really enjoyed our stay here. Our only issue was the water pressure in both of the showers. It was dire and really needs looking at.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our few days in Lucca. The accommodation was excellent and clean and to a high standard. The service from Lucca apartments and Villas was top quality especially Elizabeth who was in immediate contact when we needed assistance. Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect for our group of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Heat issue in apartment was fixed immediately, so very happy with response time and professionalism. Upstairs bathroom challenging for tall people due to low ceilings.

We were there during the summer concert season and at night we would open our bedroom window and let the music drift in. House was well stocked and management easy to communicate with. Convenient to everything. You should be comfortable with stairs as there are quite a few. Was t an issue for us, but something you should know. We would rent again.

Staff didnt inform clearly on check-out procedure, so we waited hours in vain.
