A warm and welcoming home, spread over two floors, filled with natural light ☀️ and offering a spectacular view of the mountains! Perfect for families or groups of friends, it features a large living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one single room, and a cozy sitting area to relax ️.

Outdoor parking ️ and covered garage available all year round – for a comfortable holiday surrounded by nature, relaxation and adventure! ⛰️

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, without time constraints.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, for a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

PETS
We love animals ❤️, but pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!
