The apartment has a cozy bright living/dining room with a big and comfortable sofa (that becomes a sofa bed if needed), a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen corner (with stove, electrical oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). A long corridor characterized by a wonderful red and blue stained glass window leads to the night area, where the 2 bedrooms are: a huge double bedroom with a table, a dresser, a library and an armchair; and a bright and large twin bedroom (that can become a double bedroom if needed). The apartment can sleep 4 people and it's perfectly suitable for families with children, as well as groups of friends.

There is one bathroom with a wide shower and the washing machine, brand-new heater for perfect warm showers.

On the 5th and last floor, the apartment is extremely bright and silent. Air conditioning and Wifi internet connection included.

Overall this apartment was ideal for our family of 4. Great location, walkable to most sights or a short can ride. The space was clean and spacious and quiet at night. Chiara was very responsive to some Power issues we experienced (not specific to the suite); keeping us informed and accommodating the family. A positive experience overall!

Great location, good wifi, shower, laundry, elevator. Not the most posh, but clean and good value. Manager was excellent to deal with. I'll stay there again next time.

My husband and I and two college age kids really enjoyed the apartment for 9 days, and had a great time in Rome and on a day trip to the Amalfi Coast. It was a typical Italian family apartment that could use some updating but was still quite comfortable. Chiara was very helpful. She arranged a van to take us from and to the airport, and a private guide for the Colosseum. The apartment was in a perfect location - a 15 minute walk from the Vatican, close to the river, and within an easy walk of most of the sites of interest. The only time we took a taxi was to the Colosseum. The building was very quiet except for occasional family noises. The elevator was modern and glass, making it feel very open (you have to go up a few stairs to reach the elevator). There was a building superintendent during the day. The neighborhood was very comfortable and felt totally safe. The main bedroom was large with a double bed, a little hard but we still slept very well, while the second bedroom had two comfortable twin beds. We never had to use the air conditioning because the weather was perfect for keeping the windows open, with a nice view. The kitchen was small but had everything that was needed (and tons of great restaurants, bakeries, and groceries nearby). The only complaint we had was with the typical Italian bathroom with a small shower and difficult to control water (but Americans are spoiled for bathrooms). The internet was good quality and we had no problems with several computers/Ipads at the same time. There was a tv, apparently all Italian channels, though we never tried it. They had tons of books. Overall, we would happily stay there again.

The location is fantastic; just a 15 minute-walk to both Piazza Navona or Popolo, but not in a heavy tourist area. There are lots of good restaurants and food shops and it is very pleasant to stroll along the banks of the Tiber after a glass of wine. The apartment is quiet, spacious and well equipped with a good “welcome package” of detergents and kitchen basics such as salt, oil, vinegar, etc. The cleaners were thoughtful; when they came too early for us, they came back later. The elevator worked well. All together it was very good value for money, and we enjoyed our stay with you. John and Judith from Toronto

We totally enjoyed our sweet apartment near Piazza Cavour. Being on a high floor, there was lots of light and lovely city rooftop views. I like having a doorman for extra security. The guide book that explained the neighborhood and sights was very helpful and the caretaker, Chiara, was available to answer any question. It all made for a delightful stay! Thank you!

This apartment in the Prati area was just perfect for my husband and me. We could walk to Vatican City and many other areas, Castel Sant'Angelo, Spanish Steps, Campo Fiore and more. Taxis and bus transportation was also close. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the neighborhood which is quiet (but not deserted) in the evening. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures. It is light, spacious for two, and quite able to handle a family. The kitchen is adequate but tiny (who wants to cook on vacation anyway). Our host/manager, Chiara is a treasure, taking care of all our questions before and after we arrived. We booked several tours with her and could not have been more pleased! She is charming and knows Rome, art, architecture, history! Highly recommend!

My friend and I had been traveling through Italy for a while this apartment was our last and favorite stop. Everything was exactly as it was pictured. It was a very spacious apartment in an excellent location. Chiara, the host, was wonderful and helped us with any problem or question that arose. I have already recommended the apartment to friends and will continue to do so. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Fantastic location from which to explore Rome. Equally close to the Vatican and the centre of Rome, you can explore many of the main sites of Rome on foot. Close by are a good range of restaurants and local shops to pick up breakfast croissants each morning. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and despite a basic kitchen met all our needs. As a family of 4 with a 17 and 19 year old the apartment was big enough to give all of us the space we needed after longs days of sightseeing together! Although on the upper floors the lift meant that this was not a problem. Chiara was especially helpful and welcoming and made our stay all the more enjoyable and relaxing. When we go back to Rome we will certainly see if this apartment is available.
