Casa dell'Accademia is a nice and comfortable apartment right in the middle of the historical center of Sorrento.

Spend a few hours wandering around this part of the city and you'll understand why so many tourists fall in love with Sorrento. The historic center is home to numerous historic buildings, including theBasilica of Sant'Antonino and the San Francesco complex. The picturesque streets are full of colorful shops and local restaurants serving fresh and authentic food. All this and much more is at hand when you stay in the Academy House.

On the ground floor of a centuries-old historic building, Casa dell'Accademia comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

The living room is charming, with two single sofa beds, a dining table for 4 and a flat-screen TV. There is hot and cold air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year, and WiFi internet connection.


A small difference in height of four steps leads to the kitchen, with a beautiful exposed brickwork arch. You will find everything you need for cooking, from the four burners, to the oven, to the fridge and freezer, to the microwave, to the kettle, to the toaster to the coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The master bedroom is unusually spacious, with bed and armchairs. Entering the bathroom, furnished with refined mosaic tiles in natural tones, you will find a shower cabin, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a hairdryer.

A car is not recommended for a stay at Casa dell'Accademia. Public transport is efficient and many attractions are easily accessible on foot. However, if you wish to bring a car with you, there is a public car park nearby, for 2.50 euros per hour.

Please note that there will be a final cleaning fee of 35 euros additional to the price of the stay at the time of booking.

From April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax of € 3.00 person / night which must be paid in cash upon arrival. This is a government tax, payable by tourists staying in Sorrento.
