This beautiful apartment, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, is located just a few steps from the charming harbor of Camogli.
Its large terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets over the sea.
Camogli, with its colorful houses, authentic flavors, and romantic atmosphere, is the ideal place for a holiday filled with relaxation, beauty, and Ligurian tradition.

️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for a family holiday or a stay with friends. It features a large living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and direct access to a lovely terrace , ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. The kitchen is separate and very well equipped.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower . The house is equipped with air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort and private parking .
Please note that to reach the center of Camogli, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, you will need to go down some steps: a walk of about 10 minutes on foot ‍♀️, immersed in the peace and charm of the area.

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us via the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car , we recommend checking the access times. In any case, paid parking ️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free!

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
