This beautiful apartment, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, is located just a few steps from the charming harbor of Camogli.
Its spacious terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets over the sea.
Camogli, with its colorful houses, authentic flavors, and romantic atmosphere, is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday filled with relaxation, beauty, and Ligurian tradition.

The apartment is bright and spacious, perfect for a holiday with family or friends. It consists of a bright living room with two single sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning terrace with sea view , perfect for relaxing at sunset .
It also features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower , and air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort.
Guests have access to a private parking space . Please note that the parking spot is small (height 1.90 m – width 2.10 m).
To reach the center of Camogli, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, you need to walk down a staircase – about a 10-minute walk ‍♂️. A peaceful location with a view that makes every step worthwhile!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car , we recommend checking the access times. In any case, paid parking ️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free!

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
