Located in a quiet area of Arenzano, but just as close to the town center and the waterfront, Casa Azzurra is ideal for those who love comfort. The house is located in a condominium complex located a few hundred meters from the sea and, thanks to the flat path, is particularly suitable for both families with children and older people .
In the immediate vicinity is the Figoli park which, with its centuries-old trees, offers shade and coolness on warmer days, while in the evening it isoften the scene of shows of various kinds organized for entertainment purposes.
The space (description of the house)
Located on the third floor of an apartment building, it is easily accessible by elevator.
The spacious apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and two single bunk beds and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven, coffee machine and microwave. Here you will also find a sofa bed and a TV in addition to the Wi-Fi at your disposal. From the kitchen you can access the balcony.
The bathroom with shower has a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
A parking space is sometimes available in the condominium car park.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
 
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal rules. More information will be provided on site.
