This area includes a dining table, a small sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfasts and lunches.

Via a comfortable wrought-iron staircase, you reach the raised loft lounge: a spacious and comfortable sofa, a small table with seating, and a TV. The sofa converts into a sofa bed with an electro-welded frame and a real mattress, perfect for two people.

Returning to the lower level and descending eight steps, you reach a hallway leading to a small bathroom with shower, a laundry area, and finally the sleeping area. The intimate and quiet bedroom overlooks an internal courtyard, ensuring maximum peace and quiet. Wardrobes and a desk are available for guests.
