Stayed Aug 10, 2025We had an excellent stay at this house during our holidays! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The resort is absolutely fantastic, offering all the facilities you need, including a supermarket, restaurants, and bars, all in a very clean and well-maintained environment. The pool is one of the highlights – just a few seconds from the house, with a great size and a perfect layout for both the pool itself and the surrounding outdoor area. Another big plus is the private garage space, which is amazing during summer as the car always stays cool. The location is also very convenient: only 15, 20, or 30 minutes by car to stunning beaches, as well as La Manga and the city of Murcia. The Murcia Holidays Rental team was always extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. We are a family of four, and we can only say it was an amazing stay. Thank you, and we will definitely be back! The only (minor) suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen utensils.

Stayed May 3, 2025Loved the location of villa, so close to amenities. The villa was spacious yet provided everything we needed. Good communication before and during our stay. Unfortunately we had a problem with the washing machine that required a maintenance engineer who sorted the issue to retrieve clothing but we were then unable to use the washing machine and never heard anything further.
