It is located on the edge of the village, within walking distance of all your needs: bars, restaurants, shops...

Your swimming pool hidden within the tropical garden, offers you a peaceful haven to relax, which will easily compensate for the lack of a beach on Caye Caulker.

It is a studio-apartment with one open bedroom, on the second floor of a two storey building. It has a full kitchen and a sunrise deck with hammocks.

There is NO air conditioning but taking advantage of the trade winds – a MUST!

This unit is perfect for a couple, but can easily accommodate up to 3 people (4 if children) with the sofa-bed.

You have your own entrance and can come and go as you please.

Bikes, feet and golf carts are modes of transport.

Other things to note:
There are 3 other units on the premise, sharing the pool and the garden; this can be very useful for bigger groups like family vacation, weddings, birthdays...

We really enjoyed the place; clean, well appointed, deck, pool, and grounds. Abner was very responsive to any questions. The only downside was the noise in the morning and late night. It is a lively place on Front St. Convenient to everything.

The location was not ideal for us. There is a golf cart rental agency right next door which was loud, the street was loud and busy. We left first thing in the morning after spending only one night
