It features a spacious and bright living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a well-equipped bathroom , air conditioning ❄️ and private parking .
Located about 5 minutes by car from the center of Santa Margherita, where you can find shops, bars, and restaurants.
To make the most of your stay, we recommend having a car, as supermarkets and other services are a few minutes away.
Perfect for a relaxing vacation in any season, away from the chaos and immersed in the peaceful Ligurian atmosphere ✨

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without restrictions.

Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee)

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linens included

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged

TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask that you follow the rules of waste separation
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
