Superb apartment of 60 m2, bright and quiet, located on the 1st floor of the residence Carré St Gilles in the city center of the seaside resort of L'Ermitage les Bains near Saint Gilles les Bains and 150 m from the lagoon.

This fully air-conditioned, equipped and connected (internet) apartment is waiting for you.

This rental has a bedroom equipped with air conditioning and anair fan with a 180 * 190 bed or adjustable into 2 beds of 90 and a dressing room, a living room equipped with air conditioning and a fan, spacious with a large TV, a dining area and a BZ sofa in 160 with new Bultex mattress that can be used as sleeping for 2 people.
The living room opens onto a covered veranda of 10m2 with a corner seat, much appreciated at the aperitif!
The kitchen is open to the living room and the veranda, it is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, Senséo coffee maker and all kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is fitted with a fully tiled shower.
The toilets are separate.
The residence is secure (digital code access, electric gate, parking space reserved for the apartment in the closed, covered basement).

A washing machine is provided as well as the household linen which is provided (bed sheets, towels and tea towels). Beach towels are not provided.
The apartment makes available on request all the necessary baby (high chair, cot, shower bath, bathtub and stroller from 0 to 4 years)

A secure swimming pool is available to residents.

The accommodation is also suitable for professional stays.

Minimum stay of 7 nights, ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The Price: Savings compared to a hotel
Excellent value for money - advantageous in terms of its geographic location and its facilities. (swimming pool, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning)
Tourist tax of € 1.10 / person / night (exempt up to 18 years) collected by the owner on the day of entry into the premises.

Take advantage until the last minute of your stay: cleaning done by the owner at the end of the stay for a package of € 40 per stay.

Reservation conditions:
Deposit of 30% of the price of the stay on booking by bank transfer, the balance is to be paid on arrival when the keys are handed over.
Deposit 800 € (check) not cashed except damage to the premises, to be deposited at the start of the stay.
You will also be asked for a certificate of resort insurance when booking. It should be requested from your insurer. It is free and included in your home insurance. And ID.



Rules:
Non-smoking apartment + tranquility of the imperative neighborhood, therefore not suitable for parties, and large family reunions (as indicated in the contract) + cleaning costs 40 €.

Lagoon at 150 meters.
Shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, bookstore ...), amenities (medical center, pharmacy, doctor, physiotherapist, dentist, dry cleaning), leisure (bars, snacks, restaurants, casino ...) close and within walking distance!
Craft market every Sunday morning on the square, all 50 meters from the residence.
Ideal starting point for all excursions on the Island (the 3 circuses, the volcano, ...) as well as all sports activities (horse riding, big game fishing, paragliding, surfing, sea trips, helicopter, etc ...) .
