This was a good place to stay which was cheaper than hotels near UNC. The beds were comfortable. The place was a little more run down looking than pictures show but I can tell the hosts are working on it. I was a little disappointed that the kitchen only had a small two burner plug-in stove instead of the traditional stove. My teenagers were a little too nervous for us to use.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations. We had everything we needed for our week long stay and it was such a bonus that we were able to bring our elderly dog who really enjoyed the fenced backyard. The host Anna has made the space so comfortable and full of warm touches including books, games, puzzles and even toys for those who travel with little ones. This VRBO is exactly as pictured - truly a treasure and we will most certainly stay here again when we visit Chapel Hill!!!

Anna and Frank were great hosts. This is the best experience we have had at a VRBO. They were very quick to respond and resolve a couple minor things. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy in and out and nice neighborhood. Very spacious rooms and they really gave alot of thought on what a family might need during a vacation or extended stay.

A great place to stay while visiting family.

Please was clean and decent size. Walk down the hill has pavers/rocks but would be hard for older people to go down. Has a hot plate instead of a oven or stove. Only issue we had was heating. I guess with the type of heating it wont go over 70. We could never get it above 68. They do provide a couple heaters as well to help tho. Was a nice place and hosts were very helpful and nice.

Nicely kept apartment and comfortable. Close to all the things in the Chapel Hill area.

We enjoyed staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice. Was neat, clean and surprisingly spacious. I feel owners truly tried to provide little things that often are forgotten on a trip - qtips, Lint roller, games and plenty of good towels.

My family had a great time staying at Carolina Hideaway this past weekend. We chose this place for a multiple of reasons. It was clean, easy check in process, super convenient to our daughter’s new place, not far from the interstate, but most of all because we were traveling with an elderly dog. Everything we could have needed was provided by the host and more. Definitely would stay again.
