For the most part, the stay was good—good location in the community, room was clean. The bed was awful and appeared to be broken. I would have liked extra towels and toiletries. Note: it can be noisy from the downstairs restaurant and hard to sleep, also woke up early to noise from opening restaurant for breakfast.

There were no instructions given on how to get to the room where I stayed and left me guessing upon arriving which door was correct. I had booked a two-night stay desiring a peaceful weekend getaway and this was not the right place for that. It was VERY loud. There was music playing loudly until 10 am and bright and early again at 7 am. That was disappointing. I wish there was respect for those staying upstairs by the employees and visitors of the downstairs coffee shop/bar. Not pleased with my stay.

Great little private room at the Meeting House! 10 min away from Marina No 9! Highly recommend!

We loved eating downstairs and sitting outside with a drink in the evening from the bar. Yes, it can be busy, but it shuts down at 10 and then is very quiet. Also loved going downstairs for coffee in the morning. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very small and open to the room (except a little toilet room). It has the essentials you need and is very cute! I would love to come back and stay again. Carlton Landing is overall such a great get away spot!

Staying above The Meeting Place is great. Located close to the activity, convenient to all of CL. Room 2 is not a big as room 3, but is just as nice. I liked the restroom better. The only knock is that the mattress sagged a bit toward the middle.
