Private entry with no shared spaces inside the apartment. This house is located within city limits. A moderate amount of city noise should be expected (trains, cars, neighbors, planes, etc.) Please be aware if you are a very light sleeper.



The Neighborhood:

Its Great American Main Street – East Carson Street, features 15 blocks of Victorian architecture and was named a National Historic District. Boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, theater and live music venues, are all within walking distance. You can also get a tattoo, dye your hair purple and hoist a yard, making for some of the best people-watching around!



Getting Around:

Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.
