Cardinals Roost Virginia Apartment: On Boulevard - Sleeps 3

We had a lovely stay here during a trip to Athens. The room was clean, and quiet, and had plenty of room for us. There was plenty of privacy in the room. The owner was very nice and friendly. Getting in the apartment was easy and very safe. The apartment itself was perfect. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. They really had thought of everything. It is in walkable distance to Sanford Stadium or downtown Athens- it is a 30-45 minute walk, but it is a pleasant and safe walk. The neighborhood is lovely. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return when we need a place to stay in Athens.

Beautiful apartment in a quaint historic district - very comfortable and clean. Plenty of options for coffee, food, shopping within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Excellent access to downtown. Hosts were wonderful. Excellent communication and responded quickly to questions.

I don't normally consider charming when booking a room, but I will going forward as this apartment has established a new, valued criteria for me. Beyond the property, the host is quite helpful and knows a lot about the area. I'll be back!

Everything needed for an Athens GA getaway was available in this cozy, well situated home. Dining within walking distance and short drives was a perk. This home met our needs and the stay was enjoyable. Jason was a wonderful host.

Was in town for the AthHalf Half-Marathon. Nice easy walk over to the Start Area, as well as the course going right by this location. Worked remotely before heading out back home and had a great time staying here.

The place is OK, but was overpriced for the game weekend. It was definitely not worth 650 for two nights.It has potential but is in need of some TLC. Also, the sheets on the bed were torn. There is no possible way the person that put on the sheets didn't notice the tear.

This place was a fantastic choice for our graduation weekend in Athens. It provided a comfortable, convenient, and charming base for all our celebrations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting UGA, especially those looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay while enjoying the city's unique charm and significant life events like a college graduation. It truly made our celebratory weekend even more memorable! Jason reached out to us prior to our stay and gave clear directions about our arrival and departure. Area is very safe and parking was on the street was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend!

There were so many extras at this rental. We had snacks. They provided shampoo and body wash. The owner was amazing very attentive. It was overall a wonderful stay.
