Ground-level condo, fabulous view! Wifi, smart TV, and 50 easy steps to the beach. The Oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. The remaining two bedrooms are on the street side with one queen and one king bed. The couch in the front room also folds out into a queen-size bed. Sleeps 8 quite easily! Please let us know at time of booking the number of guests in your party, since our rates are based on occupancy, and my manager does count noses :)

Captain's Quarters is one often condos in our building. Since it is perched on the low sea cliff, we can enjoy winter storms and balmy summer breezes in the condo. Or campfires and long walks on the beach. An oceanfront condo with a fireplace is the best place to be in the world! Cuddle up to the fireplace, or step outside onto the ocean balcony, and enjoy the amazing sight and sound of the mighty Pacific!

No smoking.

Our Cancellation Policy is Relaxed and allows 100% rent refund up until 14 days prior to your stay. FYI, if you find it necessary to cancel at any point between booking or 14 days prior, we must charge a small 5% processing fee to cover our expenses.

No pets allowed. Please do not ask to bring a favorite animal. It just doesn't work to mix animals and folks with allergies in our private condo. I cannot host guests with dogs, because I have other guests, who specifically ask me for allergen-free rooms.

The condo is equipped with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, oil, a drip coffee maker, filters, an array of cooking pans, pots, bowls, a crock pot, blender, waffle iron, casserole dishes, and utensils.

For your planning purposes: our rates are based on occupancy. Extra guests over the number of two cost only $12/person/night, and are quoted in your price when you include the total persons in your party. This makes our condo affordable for couples or families. If you arrive with additional guests who are undeclared, our extra person charge is $20/person/night.

Location, location, location! Captain's Quarters has the exploding horizon of sand and surf, which is always interesting, no matter the weather. No more beachfront is being made, so this unique cliffside condo with a fabulous view is a treasure to us.

Beach access is via 50 gentle stairs (with two handrails) or a paved ramp to drive onto the beach! In fact, during April - Sept, many people like to park their cars on the beach (right below the condo) when the tide is out! But twice a day, the tide rolls in, and clears everybody out!!!

Parking in a beach town is challenging but manageable. We have 11 off-street parking spaces. Some will accommodate large vehicles, others will not. If you are driving a small vehicle, please be considerate and choose a small parking space. Please be aware that a large 4-door truck may find parking in our lot challenging, and you might find it more comfortable to park on a side street.

Please note: We do not provide chargers for electric vehicles. We recommend locating nearby charging stations in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Extra vehicles can find parking on the side streets of 15th and 14th Streets. Please be advised, that Lincoln City writes tickets if vehicles park in their lot across the street between 1-5 a.m.

Bring your own BBQ to enjoy at the beach, or bring some newspaper and kindling to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood from home!).

At the time of booking, you can access AirBnb's House Manual, which contains my Welcome Letter and access info. With that, you can let yourself into our condo anytime after 4 pm :)

Beach access is just outside your door! Walk to the beach, looking for glass floats among the cliffs and seagrass. Fly kites, or enjoy a beach campfire. Spin a doughnut in the sand with your vehicle...yes, they are permitted on this section of beach!

There is three public electric vehicle charging locations in Lincoln City. Lincoln County Transit provides busing in the city. Siletz Bay Airport at Gleneden provides Flight Transportation.

This is a vacation rental condo. In an effort to offer an awesome beach experience at a minimal price, we provide clean towels and linens for each guest's stay, but we do not have daily housekeeping, nor provide daily clean towels.

We do provide bath soap bars, complimentary shampoo and conditioner in separate bottles, as well as complimentary coffee for a day or two (depending on how much one consumes :)

For the shoppers in your group, Tanger Mall on Highway 101 in Lincoln City has name-brand outlet shopping for those who wish to cruise the shops, as well as many antique stores and curio shops.

The Chinook Winds Casino and Convention Center is just 2 miles north, with an indoor golf resort, seafood dining, concerts and entertainment, and 23 table games.

Bring some firewood, starter, and roasting sticks, and enjoy a campfire on the beach. It's the state-owned property and perfectly legal without any permit! 'Keep the fire small as a lawn chair and west of the vegetation line and extinguish with water, not sand.' (Oregon State Parks rules)

The local Chamber of Commerce sponsors a fun program called 'Finders Keepers' and annually hides 3000 hand-blown glass sand dollars and Japanese sea floats along the 7 1/2 miles of Lincoln City beach! Be sure to walk the beach in front of your condo and look along the cliffs and among the grass and driftwood for these valuable collector items!

Devils Lake, deep only in terms of historic folklore, is 1/3 mile wide, 3 miles long, and reaches a depth of only 22 feet. Nine species of freshwater fish beckon the fisherman, while water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, knee-boarding and jet skiing engage other sports enthusiasts. Flowing from Devils Lake is the 'D' River, which holds the title of one of the World's Shortest Rivers. From its source at Devils Lake, the river reaches its destination of the Pacific is a mere 120 feet.

Just 30 miles south is the town of Newport on Yaquina Bay, with its working fleet of fishing vessels, plus sea lions basking on the docks and dozens of quaint bayfront shops and curio stores and restaurants.

World-famous Oregon Coast Aquarium is also located in Newport, as well as the Maritime Museum and the Hatfield Marine Science Center. Your days will be delightful, whether beach combing for glass floats or shopping or dining, or reading in front of the fireplace!

The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The main room and master bedroom had full view of the beach. The beach however is a drive on beach and lots of loud trucks with booming bass playing until about 10:30 pm each night was not expected. Otherwise, stunning views, great beach access and wonderful stay.

Wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well equipped with all of the amenities. It was a stormy weekend at the beach. The view was amazing. So cozy sitting next to the fire watching the angry ocean. Beach access was just a few steps away, however, this trip we enjoyed from the window.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful! It is a busy location with lots of people coming and going to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans which are very worn. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would love to return.

This condo was a fantastic location for our short girls trip with my mom and her friends. It's convenient and had enough room for the 4 of us to be comfortable throughout the evening. My mom has some mobility issues and the place was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

What a lovely, comfortable 5-night stay for my family! Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cleanliness and the view is fantastic. Really appreciative of the ground-level unit and accessible bathroom with my 85 year-old mom and her walker. It would help to have a handrail at the front door. Thank you!!

The group was my wife, grandma and our child. Having 3 bedrooms was fantastic, and esch one was very comfortable. This condo is literally beach-front. Many of the nearby properties would require them to walk to this properties public beach access point. Super convenient. We saw whales too from the living room.to jusy pop down to the beach
