Resort living in town with amazing view of Pikes Peak. Fully furnished, 3 bedroom with sparkling clean hot tub and private patio. Private full first floor living space/apartment. Located in the high end, Rockrimmon area, guests have a secluded, private entrance full basement apartment. Their own sparkling clean salt water spa, fire pit with city overlook, patio with dining for 6. Newly remodeled with new flooring, appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood with amazing views for a very reasonable price. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy and we are not 420/mjm friendly. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. (thanks for understanding!) Also, please note that there are no shared spaces, but my wife and I live in the upper level.
