Canazei - apartment with fireplace and private garage, excellent location, WI_FI

Would have liked to have been closer to the lifts

We (6 people) stayed in a wonderful appartment, which was exactly the right thing for us. We had the possibility to cook or to use some to-go-service of near restaurants and eat in the appartment. The equipment was as good as described and everything was very clean. The location is great, we could reach everything within Canazai by feet. The host Silvia was always helpful and friendly before and after the journey.

We spent a lovely week in this apartment. It was nice and warm, well equipped and made a perfect base for our holiday. It was in a quiet area of Canazei which was within easy walking distance of the main gondola and all the restaurants. We hired ski lockers near the gondola which saved us carrying our skis every day. There were many different ski areas all within easy driving distance of the apartment in addition to the main ski area of Canazei. We've had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment as a perfect base.

We had a good stay, the place was clean, decent sized, and comfortable. In a decent location about ten mins walk from the ski bubble and close to the main area in town. Very good value

Very nice apartment with separate entrance, sweet little garden and fireplace. We would definitely love to come back. The place is spacious, comfortable and cosy, and the beds are good quality.

We had a nice holiday. Please note that a 15-minute walk with skis and ski boots to the slopes is heavy. Ski bus only 5 minutes walk. Beautiful town with many shops and beautiful ski area. Apartment is somewhat noisy but that also depends on the neighbors that you find.

We had a great week skiing in Canazei. The house is cute, warm and comfortable and in a quiet area of Canazei, about 12 minutes walk (in ski boots) from the ski lift bubble. It comfortably accommodated 5 of us but it might be a bit of a squeeze at maximum occupancy of 7. The kitchen is small but reasonably equipped for simple cooking. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was good with seemingly unlimited hot water. Silvia was great to deal with - responding quickly to emails and helpful and friendly. Also, good secure parking underneath the building. It is worth highlighting a couple of things that caught us out. Bedlinen is available for hire from the management company for 20 euros per set. The bathtowels are small, two small to wrap round you unless you are a size zero and there is no bathmat. You will also need to bring tea towels and buy things like washing up liquid and sponge/brush, soap. There was not even half a loo roll in the bathroom to start you off so bring one with you! Also, there is a fireplace, but no wood and we couldn't find anywhere to buy some although we asked Silvia, the management company and tourist information. So unless you bring it with you, the chimney is merely ornamental. The house is plenty warm enough without it though. An information folder in the house would be useful. eg ski lift map, bus timetables, village map, recycling, emergency numbers, etc. But overall, we had an excellent holiday in Silvia's house.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. It is perfect for 5 persons (2 adults+3 kids). It is nicely situated at the outside of Canazei, but it only takes a 10 min walk to the center or the skilift. We would like to come again!
