The balcony is lovely (although no lounger as pictured) and the location is great generally with the bonus of a busy daily market downstairs in the square. This becomes a lively social space filled with busy restaurants in the evenings yet leaves the top floor apartment peacefully quiet. The apartment itself isn't as big as I'd imagined from the photos. Basically two rooms that would would be tight for 4 people, a bedroom and a sofa bed in the other room- the kitchen/dining area, The kitchen however is well equipped. The main bathroom is ok and there is a separate shower room (no sink or loo, just shower) with the water pressure from both is quite poor. Cleanliness was good in my view.Experience with i-homes similarly a bit mixed. They should certainly provide better location and contact info as the address provided drops you in the square without knowing where to head to - unnecessarily slightly stressful until the agent shows up, After that check in was good and the guy was very helpful, One other gripe was that the wifi went down 3 days before I left and despite them responding to a taxi request there was no response to the wifi. Overall not bad with the balcony and being in Rome making it just about worth it!

The location of the apartment is definitely a highlight, very central, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. The rooftop terrace is also a nice feature, although it’s rather sparsely furnished. The sun daybeds shown in the listing were unfortunately not there – just a table and a small lounge corner. The apartment has clearly been modernized, but overall it feels quite basic. The kitchen and living area are fine, but very simply furnished, and the kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, etc.) is quite minimal. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable.Unfortunately, there were a few issues: the water in the shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and the washing machine was broken and couldn’t be used. Overall, the stay was okay, but considering the relatively high price per night, we expected more. The apartment doesn’t feel particularly cozy or well-designed – more like the bare essentials – and the photos in the listing are somewhat misleading.

The worst experience I have ever had in any place I have ever stayed. There was black mold everywhere and both my wife and I got very sick from it. They did absolutely nothing and didn't even come look at it after we reported it to them and also VRBO. DO NOT under any circumstance stay at this place.

Great apartment right in Campo De Fiori. I didn’t know what that was until we got there but a square surrounded by great restaurants and merchants in the center from 7-2 each day selling items. It was amazing to watch the set up and breakdown each day. The apartment was super cute and all we needed. The outdoor patio was awesome. Amazingly quiet knowing the hustle and bustle downstairs. Great location to many of the highlights of Rome.

This was our third stay at this wonderful apartment and will hopefully not be our last. Has everything you could want for a short stay in the center of Rome.

This could not have been better situated for my vacation with my young adult son. We are big on walking, eating, and cultural exploration and the location was perfect for that. The apartment was lovely and quiet, adequately spacious (especially the roof terrace!), and private enough despite using the living room as a second bedroom (having separate bathrooms was a bonus for sure). Great light, beautiful building. Andrea was very kind and responsive, as were the airport shuttle drivers they arranged for us.

Excellent location, close to all the important places people come to Italy to see! Lively, fun market right outside the place. Splendid pastry shops just outside the door. Terrace was a great place for happy hour! But.... the bathrooms were not great. The bathroom attached to the primary bedroom was the one we used most often. Lots of mold in the shower. If only it had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Just scrub it with bleach and a toothbrush already!!! The second bath was fine just very tiny and so water seeped over the floor while showering. We enjoyed our stay just not as clean or nicely appointed as some other places we've stayed.
