Stayed May 12, 2024I would suggest letting your guests know to print the parking pass or go to front desk and display pass in your windshield. They told us this was required. And when we left at 5:30 this morning they had put in 12:00 AM it expired so we could not get out. Finally found someone to help us.

Stayed Sep 25, 2023The unit was wonderful & clean, which we appreciated & enjoyed. The employees at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. This was a relief since the property manager was no help at all & communication with him was poor. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted or needed. Overall our stay was great for our 10 year anniversary & we hope to return with our children next year.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Clean property. Within walking distance of Pier Park. Easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The check in and out time is different from the VRBO page. The papers I was emailed said that the check in time was 3pm and check out was 10am, which is an hour earlier for both than what was on VRBO. I would definitely stay here again. 9/10 recommend.
