Stayed May 4, 2025We arrived quite late and the woman who met us didn’t seem to know much about the property and she didn’t show us where anything was. After she left we found there was no toilet paper and we had to make our own beds. There was one thin sheet and one blanket. No bottom sheet, just a paper bottom. We slept poorly because the apartment is cold and VERY damp. All of our clothing was a little damp every day. One of the cabinets in the kitchen had the laminate torn off and hanging (I took photographs)and the plug for the kettle had been torn from the wall so you had to be careful using it. My Italian wife and I have been traveling to SAN Benedetto for many years and this was the worst apartment we have ever rented. We are used to family run apartments with all the amenities and a feeling of comfort. This place was devoid of any personal touch and felt like it was only about making money. We would never recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. The condition of the house when I arrived was very good, clean and well equipped. When I was not sure about how to operate some items in the house, I sent email to IIaria and she replied instantly - very helpful indeed. I would say this place is a great value for staying in San Benedetto del Tronto. Certainly, I will stay here again for my next vacation trip.
