First of all the property is not as described. I would call it embellished, we decided not to stay. So it's hard to comment on what would have happened had we done that. But first impressions well it was a little confusing to get in, then once we got in, the overwhelming smell and smoke of marijuana in the atrium of the building left us a little high. Once we made it to the room we were left with very little expectation. That was exactly what we got, picture of dorm room that somebody is decorated and put together a makeshift cooktop and a bar sink. This may be a great location to crash after a night of partying, but it's no quaint, safe, and enjoyable space to explore downtown Cleveland from. No it's far from that, and just in case you were wondering, when you use this space to surprise your wife, think twice. It became all the surprises you don't want your wife to have, or the discussions that happened after she's experienced it. So thanks a lot Christopher for pumping up your description about the dorm room you have for rent.

Very nice location I do recommend

I booked this apartment for my son and his coach while they attended a sports event in the area. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location was extremely convenient, allowing them to walk to the event. The apartment itself was great, especially the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare a quick breakfast. Since my son's event started early, having the option to make their own breakfast at 6 AM was a huge advantage. Their three-night stay was very comfortable, and they would love to book this apartment again if the event returns to Cleveland.

The host was awesome and super helpful. I got this place for some friends of mine, and he was very patient in working with us to make sure they were able to check in. It was super clean, well stocked, there was all types of cooking utensils, even an air fryer! The bathroom was well stocked with hygiene products, and even some snacks! It was a very secure building, easy to follow directions, very nice facility. My friends all loved it and said they would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all their friends.

Room itself was expected and reflected as in pictures, bad smell in main lobby area and hallway leading up to room resulting in air purifiers and overpowering plug in air fresheners needed in room (host had plugged in, etc.) to manage the surrounding smell, but would not recommend if you have a sensitive sense of smell.

Christopher was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend in Cleveland. We felt very safe leaving our car in the gated parking lot. Ride sharing was very easy and convenient with Lyft even with three huge events happening.

The location cannot be beat, walking distance to downtown! The hallways in the building have a very strong cigarette odor, but you can’t smell it inside the unit. Overall, this is totally worth the price for the outstanding location, and the actual unit is nice.

The host was very informative and fast at responding with any questions throughout the whole booking process and stay. The room was very clean when we got inside! The perfect little cozy room for my husband, 5 month old and myself for the night! The room has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks and a few things to cook if needed. I was very thankful for the fridge because I am a pumping/nursing mom and needed a working fridge to store everything while I was there. The best was so very comfortable. BEST PILLOWS EVER! Very quiet in the room itself. Someone set off the smoke alarm on a different floor but we couldn’t hear it in the room. The smell I had read that other people complained about previously wasn’t bad once you were in the room. The lights and fire place were so cozy as well! You can tell that the place is loved and maintained! Definitely safe and secure in the building with all of your security features as well! Made us all feel very safe traveling!

The building has a weird smell but other than that it was quite cozy

Wish I could give more stars but the bad odor kept us up most of the night. At first, we thought it was garbage smell mostly in the hall, but it crept into the room. Combo weed smell and garbage? Don’t know for sure. Bed linens were clean, but not the rest of apt. Carpet seemed dirty/sticky.

Had a great stay, there was a smell of weed outside of the place, but once you go into the room it smells fine and you can hear outside traffic. Great stay and was really nice!

Pros: Christoper is a very nice and quick to respond host.The bed was comfy and the room was clean and smelled okWater gets very hot and has good pressure.Cons: The smell in the lobby/hallway is horrendous. There were most definitely people smoking weed and cigarettes in the building. The hall that we were on was enough to probably get a second hand high if you stood there long enough.The cookware was very old. The skillet had rust on it and the baking spray in the pantry was 3 years expired and had gone very bad.The air-conditioning in the room sounded like an airplane taking off every time it kicked on.Overall: Maybe second hand highs are your thing. If so and you like big comfy beds and the sound of airplanes this is the place for you!!

The location was perfect, easy access to all DT Cleveland has to offer. The room was exactly what needed, affordable, clean and not far from DT Cleveland. Would easily stay again if we find ourselves in Cle again. Also, our host, Christopher was easy to work with and quick to respond.

I did not stay here because they advertise free parking with a pass and then when I got there no parking pass the room was not clean like it was supposed to be and I was told that I would get a full refund and I still have not gotten a full refund and it has been a couple weeks now

We loved staying in this Studio; it was clean, cozy and safe. It had everything we needed; except the cookware can get a bit of overhaul, some seemed overused and ready to trash. We had some issues with the power, but it was resolved immediately by the property manager and in house concierge. It is good that nobody can enter the property without a fob and there is parking onsite, which is very rare in downtown Cleveland. We had to be at playhouse square almost everyday and this location was perfect and walkable; it is college based downtown; so overall; so lot of students as well. The only downside is the smell of weed/smoke all through Cleveland; felt a bit overwhelming not only in the studio but walking anywhere around Cleveland downtown as well. We had friends staying in other apartments/studios farther down on Euclid; and was surprised to find that every place had incense and other ways to keep the smell away.

It was a nice place to crash for a night, the odor in the main hallways were strong as could be but over all a decent stay.

Elevators had strong smoke smell. Did not like the heavy smoke/weed smell. Smoke smell was very strong in the evening even though we were in a non-smoking unit, everyone else was smoking around, above, and below. I would not stay at this location again. Some of lights didn’t work, so hard to read or see.
