Very nice condo furnished with almost everything you would need. Great beach and sunset views. Near to nice restaurants, grocery store and St. Armands. Area at the time of our stay is still recovering from last summers hurricane, but slowly returning to one of our favorite areas to visit. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We practically lived on the beautiful Gulf-view lanai, the view is outstanding! And there's nothing better that starting the day with coffee and ending it with wine on the porch while listening to the waves. A wonderful place to unwind for a long weekend - very clean, has all the necessities, great location. It was a total delight!

We had a great time, and were treated like family! The condo is very spacious and has all the extras you would want: a big and small cooler, plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella and toys, beach lounge chairs. The beds were comfy with nice bedding. The pool was very warm. It is quiet and the only people on the beach were staying there or walking by. We would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and in a great location. Close to several different beaches we wanted to visit on our trip (Siesta, Lido, Anna Maria, etc.) and of course Longboat just behind the property. Lovely views of the Gulf from the enclosed back patio (enclosure kept any bugs away!). The property was ice cold when we needed relief from the hot August temperatures. The host was just a text away if we needed anything and checked in before our stay to see if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit has a perfect balcony view of the beach. The space was very clean and comfortable with many amenities including coolers and beach umbrellas. The property provides nice lounge chairs for the beach. The host Anna was quickly responsive to our questions and needs during our visit. Highly recommend this property !

This condo on the beach was amazing! The view is stunning. The condo was up to date, clean and has everything you need. It is steps away from a beautiful white sandy beach. The pool was heated, which was nice for January temps. It was great to have beach chairs provided so you don't have to carry them to the beach. The condo also had beach umbrellas and toys. It's also not far from St. Armands Circle, Publix and Bradenton beach area for dinning and shopping. The host was very attentive to answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo. We will most likely rent it again.

Million-dollar view from the screened patio overlooking the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms and baths are quite small, but the living room is comfortable, as is the large patio. Great location on pristine beach.

We were very happy with our 5 nights at this condo. Unbelievable view from the back patio of the beach and ocean...we loved sitting on the porch and just chilling with a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the morning. Everything was provided that was needed and the condo was very clean as well.

Very clean and “homey”. Access to the beach is so easy and close. Quaint and quiet with great access to the rest of the island. The Host communicated well and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for.

Very clean condo, quiet with great views! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a ninja to make smoothies. Had a brand new beach cabana for shade on the beach. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions.

Location is absolutely fabulous! Right on a private beach...no crowds, no paying for parking or beach chairs, no long walk back to the car. We were fortunate to have dolphins, manatees and a few rays swim right by! Condo is super clean and beautiful. New furniture (different from VRBO pics) is very comfy. Host was very prompt with communication. Community pool is great too.

Clean and beautifully well-maintained property. The beach view and access was superb. We loved the private screened-in balcony, BBQ patio, and pool. Owner/Host Anna made sure our check-in was smooth and welcoming, and that we were okay with everything. A number of household/personal items were made available which is such a plus when flying-in. Very thoughtful of Owner/Host. You wont be disappointed with this rental or the quiet Longboat Key location.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had just spent the week at Disney World. We were looking for a place to relax and this condo was DEFINITELY it! The condo was very private and was a nice quiet place to stay. We enjoyed our view from the balcony and we felt like we were on our own private beach.

This condo is exactly as described: luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views! The furnishings and decor in the photos we saw when reserving were great, so we were pleasantly surprised to find them upgraded which leveled the great space up even higher. Anna's attention to the less-common amenities offered for her guests' use is thoughtful and very considerate: from coffee, straws, and baggies, to extra linens, blankets, and beach towels; as well as plastic tableware, coolers, and ice - so many extra items you don't think you need until you find them here! The pillows and beds are extremely comfortable, with a pillow-top cover to add if desired. The furnishings and decor are top-quality and solid. Walking up and down two flights of stairs was well worth having the beautiful beach so close with just a few steps further! We highly recommend this guest rental experience - and we will be back!

I would stay here again. I will say first impression outside the door was a bit messy with the wet paint tape on door, and packages delivered. But upon opening the door all that went away. Place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. umbrellas, chairs, pool noodles, kick boards were there for our use. There was even a couple coolers. Not a far walk to the beach. One of the main reasons I would stay here again is the location and there are only 4 places so pretty quiet. It felt safe, waaayy less people than Anna Marie. We enjoyed the quieter aspect of longboat key. Communication was excellent with the owner. Beds were also comfortable. There were no problems encountered during our stay. Check in/ out was no problem. Yes, I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend .

We had an excellent experience. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had updated furniture from what was featured in the pictures. The beach access was steps away from our unit and the pool was well maintained and clean. We had to contact the owner once during our stay and she responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely book here again!

This is one of the most beautiful places in the world. If you are looking for Wal-Mart by the sea, then go to Myrtle Beach. If you want a place that is unspoiled and beautiful then this is it.

Great stay - place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Hammad was very helpful and responsive. The biggest plus is how close it is to the boardwalk. You pretty much walk outside and you’re there. Huge win with multiple kids. Would definitely stay again!

We had a rough start on our trip and lost a day. We were so happy to get to the condo and out on the beach. The condo was just as advertised. Cozy and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the view was awesome. The owners were easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for anyone who would love to stay on a quiet beach.

We really enjoyed our visit to this rental. It was perfectly located on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach and the unit had everything we needed and more. The sunset is not to be missed. Absolutely delightful spot right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view from the main room and the balcony. It's like your own private beach with only a few other units in the building! Anna was wonderful and accommodating. The only thing was there's no light in front of the sign or driveway so hard to find at night, but I imagine that may be a result of the recent hurricane. Overall a perfect stay in a great area!

You can't find a better spot right on the beach in Longboat Key or just about anywhere else on this part of the Gulf Coast. While the recent hurricanes did take their toll on the greenery surrounding this place, the unit itself was untouched and just as great as ever. Our second time to stay here and that should say it all.

We were notified 18 hours before our flight to Florida that the property was not safe for us to stay at. We were aware of the damage the two hurricane had caused on the island but the host assured me after, I reached out to her, that all was fine with the property. So we were shocked to hear from her just before leaving that we were unable to stay. The host offered a different date with extra day but we were coming down for a wedding and didn’t need a different date. We scrambled for new lodging and were assured she would refund us our money. 3 weeks after our trip we still had no refund and host ignored my messages asking. I finally contacted VRBO who also tried to reach the host. Finally, VRBO refunded our money. .

This property is so special. Right on the beach and with only 4 units in the building it feels like your own private beach. The unit itself is large, clean and nicely decorated. I look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I stayed the weekend for our anniversary. There was plenty of room, the condo was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and even beach gear with chairs and umbrellas. The patio is screened which helps keep the bugs at bay. The place was perfect for us and we would love to come back. We had a wonderful time at Anna’s condo on longboat key. The condo complex has a pool and laundry on site as well as grills for use and chairs for beach use. Anna’s condo has everything you’ll need for a great beach day… coolers, towels, beach toys, pool noodles. Condo had all the kitchen utensils you could imagine. And SO many pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels, even a pack and play and portable crib! Everything was very clean, I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I approved. Anna’s condo is right on the beach… you can see the sunset from the balcony. We don’t usually vacation in the same spot year to year but I’d consider coming back just to stay at this condo. It was perfect.

Nice Condo with close access to the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with via text. There was plenty of supplies for paper goods and soaps. Do not close the top door lock as it does not operate like a hotel lock which flips open.
