The communication was excellent, we had a very nice person assist us with our check in . Helped us with our luggage. We had him order us a private water taxi. Accommodations were excellent .location Perfect.

This property was gorgeous, spacious, and in a great location! Right next to vaporetto stop, supermarket, restaurants, bars, and less than a 10-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The apartment is huge, renovated, and clean. Luca met us at the water taxi stop to walk us over and give us a tour of the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will return.

Everything was perfect with our stay! They were so communicative beforehand and even gave us advice on how to get there and met us at the boat stop. Gabriele helped us with our bags and was a wealth of information on the property. It was perfect for our family of four! Well appointed, great, quiet location, out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything. We would stay here again!

We really really enjoyed our visit to Venice and a huge part of that was due to staying here. The communication from them was very prompt and helpful - we speak only English and that was absolutely no problem. They arranged for our private boat from the airport and sent edited photo to show the direction to take. They updated me on the prices of the boat when it changed and asked confirmation before booking which I appreciated. We were met on the dock after the boat ride by another associate who walked us right to the apartment. This was a nice touch as we didn't have to navigate ourselves there after a long journey. He was very easygoing and personable and talked to us a little bit about what we passed on the way. The check-in process was very thorough yet quick. All our questions were answered and the air conditioning turned on :). The only part reason for less than perfect was because during our stay we noticed a small issue with a bedside table drawer and shower wand and didn't want those to be charged against us as our damage. I emailed pictures but didn't hear back. In the end we were not charged, but this did cause me some consternation as I don't like not knowing. To be fair, 4 stars for communication is too low, but I can't do a 4.8. Everything else was perfect. Certainly book this place if you have 4 adults - each bedroom was comfortable and cool and having a bathroom for each couple was also excellent. We would definitely come back here 100%.Thanks!

The apartment was spacious, clean, & updated w/ ACs in every room. Washer & drying rack. Not an issue for us, but there were several flights of stairs you must climb. No elevator. The apartment was great, but I think the booking agency was fantastic. Cristina recommended restaurants & arranged for us to have an incredible private tour guy- Roberta. Caterina arranged water taxis from the train station/airport & the pick up station was less than 5 min from our apartment. So much easier!!! Amir met us at the dock & walked us through the apartment, gave us a map & made several recommendations. A wonderful stay!

I have done over ten VRBOs in Greece/Italy/Portugal, but this was hands down the nicest and most spacious VRBO. 3 bedrooms on 3 levels, my kids were thrilled. Only downside was having to walk up about 6 flights of short sets of stairs which with our bags was a bit painful, but the apartment size and “newness” made up for. About a 5 min walk from Realto bridge, location was perfect at the end of the stay for us to take the direct airport ferry from Realto where we were able to make it to the airport with just a single ferry ride.When we arrived Sylvio met us at the ferry stop so we didn’t have to worry about figuring out the location on our own.Overall A - I forget whether all the bedrooms and bathrooms were shown on the booking, but this place clearly needs to be marketed better.

We were pleasantly surprised at just how convenient this little flat was. I was nervous with the location not knowing Venice at all, but it was perfect! So clean, easy to access, STEPS from everything. There is a grocery, a pub that played AMAZING live music in the evening, leather shops, coffee shops, pizza, you name it just around the corner. The dock where we got off our water taxi was not far AT ALL. I would have zero hesitations booking this again. My teens had their own space, the staff was very helpful and welcoming (replied promptly to my WhatsApp texts upon arrival), and literally wanted for nothing. THANK YOU! Not having an elevator here was not even a big deal, so don't let it deter you from booking. We will definitely return and thank you for including a power adaptor in the unit, this was much appreciated. The trash situation was the only thing that was hard, the can is very tiny in the kitchen.

This was a great apartment, centrally located close to grocery store and shopping. 8 minutes to San Marco. If you have issues with stairs this may not be the unit for you.

Superb apartment in an excellent location. The Views of Venice team were so helpful booking our water taxi ahead of time and when our flight was cancelled then further delayed and our bags were lost, Enrica and Marco went above and beyond to help us - so grateful given we arrived at 1:30am

Our family of 4 (2 adult sons) stayed here for a quick stop on our Italy vacation. The property was more than spacious enough and our sons had their own private rooms and plenty of space. The top room is the smallest, a single sized bed, but it was more than adequate. The main floor gave us room to hang out after a long day or a quick afternoon break. The location was ideal. A short walk to all the attractions, markets, bars, etc. Our guide met us at the dock to show us in and answered quickly. They even helped us print our train tickets since we forgot the paper copies at home and they arranged a water taxi. Just be aware… there are a lot of stairs. The description is very clear, but it’s about 3 flights to the apt, then 2 to the main floor. Then there are 2 bedrooms, each another flight. If you can’t do stairs, it’ll be a challenge. Definitely will stay there again!

You absolutely can't beat this property. The location is wonderful and it is huge!!! I wish it had an electronic key system rather than having to coordinate to meet someone, but the check in process was very simple and the response and communication was perfect. They even helped arrange a private water taxi from the airport. You can't find a better pick.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the main attractions. Very close to the water taxi stop which was super convenient. A decent grocery store was very close. The AC worked well. The only negative was no elevator and a lot of stairs. The showers took a while to warm up but they got there. Check in was great and they organized our taxis.

Our family of 4 just enjoyed a wonderful stay in Venice. This property was exactly as described: very clean, room to spread out, with modern finishes and all the amenities we needed. The location is superb. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do. There was also a market right around the corner which came in handy. But the best part of our stay was Enrica and Marco. From Enrica’s professional communication prior to, and upon our arrival, to having Marco meet us when we arrived via water taxi to show us around the apartment, they made the beginning of our vacation effortless. They arranged water taxis from the airport and to the train station when we departed. And Marco recommend some restaurants that were wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Venice!
