Ca' Dell'Artista with Balcony and Terrace

The property was great! It was clean, had all the modern amenities, beds were comfortable, had a wonderful view of the canal, and the location was quiet, away from the touristy spots, and yet close enough to the main attractions. The only downside to it was the long flight of stairs, as there was no lift. The staff at the VOV were excellent, friendly, and always communicated promptly and responsive from start to finish of our stay. Marco greeted us from the time we were dropped off at our place and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Every staff at VOV was patient with us and always accommodated us every time we needed to reserve a water taxi. They even allowed us to leave our luggage after check out while waiting for our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property. Highly recommended!

Very convinient location , good amenties, beautiful house and very helpful staff. Overall it was a very good experience.

Our family of five enjoyed our stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a spacious apartment, well-stocked, with comfortable beds and good views of the canal. It was nice to have two patio options, lovely to sip coffee in the morning before it got too hot. We really appreciated the air conditioning given the high temperatures outside. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Ca’ Dell’Artista is a spacious and comfortable apartment overlooking a peaceful canal. The location is perfect - only a short walk to the Grand Canal and the Vaporetto stop, and the lively Campo Santa Margherita. The apartment is elegantly appointed, quiet, spotlessly clean, and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The team at VoV were helpful and obliging. Highly recommended!

The apartments were nice, cozy and big, the host very flexible! The pillows! : ) But the mattress were excellent!

The house was nice and we enjoyed the balconies. It's a good location. We enjoyed the recommended restaurant across the street, as well as the map and points of interest we received at check in. Very helpful! Silvio recommended the church Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, and we loved it! A few things could have been improved, such as bathroom faucets that were broken or having dishcloths and oven mitts in the kitchen.

Had a great time here. Amazing location. Would definitely stay there again.

Family and I enjoyed the place and was in a great location. A lot of great food options and most people were nice. Watch out for the water guns. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. Thanks for make our vacation great.

I’m so happy to have found this place! It’s beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Overlooks a canal in a great, quiet location. Check in process was smooth and easy (thank you Enrica.) Has everything you could want and comfy beds too. Would highly recommend and we plan on coming back!

Our visit was perfect start to finish. Our host arranged transfer from and to airport. Once we settled in, it was a 3 minute walk to our choice of many restaurants. Grocery store just a short walk. Some of the best vacation / travel photos I've ever taken were but a short walk from the apartment, like Rialto, Saint Mark's Square, and more. Gondolas passed often on the canal just outside the front door. (See photo for gondola on the canal taken from the living room window).The apartment has lots of charm and features. A well equipped kitchen and all regular appliances worked perfectly. A thoughtful selection of bath and beauty products were laid out in both bathrooms. Communication before during and after were all prompt and cordial. Highly recommend!!

I liked everything. Beautiful apartment in quiet area. Everything you could want is nearby. VoV service is great!!! You arranged our arrival and departure perfectly. And you can always be reached if your guests have a problem or a quiestion Was a bit difficult to get heavy suitcase up and down the stairs.

The location of this house can’t be beat. Multiple restaurants and bars within a 2 min walk. The house was very clean and stocked with all dishes you would need along with dish washer detergent. Beds comfy and check in/out process a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Really lovely place The intro a bit very short, we would have appreciated somebody who had showed us the hidden cupboard - but we managed to find it.

Great location on quiet canal. Minutes to walk to everything. Amir, our host, was very helpful at check in and responded to any questions we had. This stay was the best part of our whole Italy trip. We had some ants in the kitchen which Amir quickly responded to and was very apologetic. Not a big problem.

A beautiful and quiet neighborhood steps from a wonderful bar, cafe, restaurant and gelato. Convenient to two water bus stops to take you to all of the sights. Excellent grocery store nearby and even a wheeled tote in closet! Great communication! Thanks for a great stay!

The location was great and easy to get too! Rosanna met us at our water taxi drop off that Views on Venice set up for us. I recommend having them set up water taxi for pick up. We came via train and it was seamless. She was awesome getting us set up in the apartment. She gave great advice of things to see and do while in Venice! The entire visit was fabulous and the hospitality of View on Venice was great. Annalisa communicated us from time of booking until departure and was huge help navigating the process. Highly recommend!

The property was absolutely stunning! We fell in love with the charming neighborhood. It was close to the attractions, yet felt hidden. We liked being close to a neighborhood. What was even more impressive was the absolute and stunning hospitality Views on Venice offered. Annalisa was a fantastic resource. She was so patient and guided me and all of my preparations. I felt so cared for, and she really helped me set up a great experience. Our highlight by far was an amazing private tour with an expert guide for Roberta. It was enchanting so much of the true Venetian culture in history we couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. Enrica was incredible on the ground. She met us at the water and took time explaining things to us. So kind, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I highly recommend booking a private water taxi through Views on Venice. The room is enough to stand on its own as a five star review yet impaired with the concierge service that you sent Venice offers. This was such an incredible stay, and I highly recommend it.
