The host was so responsive and helpful! Really went above and beyond! The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and in a good location. I would highly recommend!

The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and it was very easy to prepare meals for my family. The location is fantiastic and easily accommodates a family of four.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The location was within 10-15 minutes walking distance to everything we did in Venice. The apartment was clean and beds were firm, and we all agreed, comfortable.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is very convenient to points of interest, but on a small side street that is very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and shops just minutes away. It was very hot while we were in Venice so we really appreciated the A/C. The hosts were wonderful also, communication was great, would definitely book again.

Great apartment for our stay in Venice. Perfect size for our family of four. Located perfectly for us to walk everywhere.

Welcome and guidance by Enrica, central location, comfort were the three important elements that we appreciated. If the apartment was equipped with wall hooks (near or above the electricity board) and a small shoe-rack (below the electricity board) in the entrance, wall hooks in the bedrooms and more towel hooks in the bathrooms, that would make life easier.

We didn’t have any heat the entire stay. Never could figure out the coffee maker. I called Marco and he told me how to work the stove top and washing machine.

Loved our stay here in Venice. The hosts provided lots of good information, recommendations, and booked water taxis for our arrival and departure -- making that part super easy. The apartment easily slept 4 and the two bathrooms were very nice. The location close to the Rialto bridge was perfect and made getting around very easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the spacious comfortable apartment for our stay in Venice. It was really well located for exploring on foot, while also being very quiet in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped when we needed a rest from eating out, and we found a fantastic small supermarket very close by and really appreciated your recommendations. Arranging our pick up to be shown to the apartment was not as easy as we hoped. The person meeting us was looking for a family of 4 when we were 3, and my phone was not working at the time so it took some time to find each other. Other than this we had a wonderful stay, and the service was excellent.

Great location and set up of flat. One small staircase to reach apartment. Hosts were helpful in arranging water taxi from train station and water taxi for early morning flight home. Host met water taxi and walked us to flat, pointing out restaurants and grocery stores on the way. Very helpful!

This property was clean and the management company was so helpful. They helped book transportation multiple times. Very responsive with all questions, and they made check in and check out so easy. The lodging was clean and very quiet. Having a washing machine was very nice, only wish was that there were more clothes pins but that is not a complaint.

Venice was the last stop on our whirlwind trip. We appreciated our hosts communication - quick and thorough. Very helpful with taxi services and restaurant suggestions. The apartment was cozy and I slept great - firm comfortable beds. Thank you

This was our second stay at Musicanti 1. Everything was perfect the first time we returned for a second visit, which was just a great! Great location, great communication, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great location! My husband and our grown kids (18 and 22 yrs) were very comfortable during our stay. The entire team was responsive and delightful! They offered to reserve a water taxi for transport from Marco Polo airport, which we accepted. The water taxi stop is a short 2 minute walk away. A representative met us at the dock to guide us to the apartment. If you take the water bus it is about an 8 minute walk and a couple bridges with steps to consider if you have rolling luggage but that is the case for almost any apartment. Everything was within close walking distance and it is quiet during the night. There are restaurants and shopping right outside. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The air conditioning was great! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Both the bathrooms had showers, hair dryer, and shampoo. The washer came in handy. We brought a travel clothesline but there is also a line outside the window and a few clothespins by the washer if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We purchased coffee pods, drinks, and a few other items at a nearby market. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed there again when we returned for the last few days of our trip. We will stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

This property was perfectly located, just off the crowded tourist path with convenient access to vaporetti and all the sites. The apartment is as described in the listing. The beds were firm and comfortable. Perfect for 2 - 4 people. The management staff was responsive and amazing, even when our flights were quite delayed. The arrangements they made for us and their friendliness quickly diffused what had been a very stressful day. We would definitely stay here again. Or at another of their properties.
