Great place! We loved our stay there. Definitely would recommend

The property was very nice at the pool area. Friendly workers, clean areas for relaxing. The unit we stayed in was very dated with rotten molding in areas, sheets and dishes were dirty. We had to take part of our vacation time to wash, dry and replace sheets! Dishes, silverware and a few pans had to be washed before use as well. One of the bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan and stayed hot compared to the rest of the rooms. There was a lot of damaged sheetrock, doors and ceiling areas. All of these issues were reported. I would never stay in that unit again! The garbage had to be put out into a garbage/bench seat outside of the door in the hallway. Some units had garbage over flowing and it smelled rotten as we walked to and from our cars. It was very disappointing to say the least. I feel we should be refunded part of our money for all of the inconvenience!!

Property is not clean. My kids feet were BLACK after running barefoot in the house. The shower head is held on by a pipe cleaner. The house is old - door handles broken. The washer and dryer are LOUD and squeak. The AC seems to barely work/keep up and the host tells you not to turn it below 70 and it was hot. Very few essentials. Kitchen cabinets barely close or are leaning.Overall would not rent again.

The place was super nice. We didn't get to go to the pool, but it was a very clean, comfortable and safe place to stay. Also very well located. The host was wonderful about answering questions.

I’m not very wordy with reviews but this place was perfect. It felt like home and a vacation all in one.

The sink in the master bathroom had a faucet handle that wasnt even attached and would fall off every time you used the water. The towel holder in the master was poorly attached. All the knobs to kitchen drawers were almost falling off and very loose. The place was clean, but maintenance of things werent great.

The place was perfect for our family gathering. Very nice area, lots of room for everyone to sleep or hang out. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make basic meals.The host went above and beyond when our flights were cancelled and allowed us to stay another night.

The positives: Excellent location, the community had great amenities, the host did provide updates. The layout of the apartment is great, but the details of upkeep were disappointing. The outlets were loose, which is worrisome with young children. The lamp doesn't work in the children's room. The windows are molded and cracked. The refrigerator light didn't work right , shelves were crazy, and it didn't stay that cold. The faucet head is not attached to the master bedrooms sink. It really has so much potential, it just needs some better craftsmanship and to fix old problems instead of glossing over them.

FANTASTIC! The place was clean, well kept, very close to Disney attractions, the kids ADORED the heated pools. It was everything we could have asked for and our kids are already asking to go back.

Everything was good and as expected. It was clean and ready. Unfortunately the slides closed down for a month for maintenance starting the week we were there. This was very disappointing as we had our three grandchildren that were looking forward to them. I actually would have booked elsewhere or another time had I would have known that.

Very nice resort. The kids loved the pool and water slides. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The condo itself was spacious and the kids loved the bedroom decorations and bedding. They said it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed.

We loved the pool, and the location of the property that’s why we gave our stay more than 1 star. However, the house is really run down, it smells, and really needs a better clean than it’s been getting.

Where do I start??? Maybe with the rusted out dryer, the loose and lifting floor boards, the outlets that had no covers, 1 inch thick dust on ceiling fans, bugs in dishes, tape on shower faucet, peeling wallpaper? What a joke. The community itself is great, but calling the owner of this unit a slumlord would be insulting to slumlords. Will never rent again.

Clean and spacious. Very close to the parks. We didn't make it to the waterpark but it looked very nice.

The property was in good condition. A couple of small things here and there (nothing major), but they would not deter us in anyway from staying here again. The communication with the property owner was really good and informative. Nice area & plenty of things to do on the grounds and outside of the complex.

The location made life for us sooo easy. Close to Disney Parks by minutes. Walmart superstore -minutes. Great priced cafe/ store. Has many options. Everything within minutes to eat at. Pool and water park area for kids was a major bonus in between park time. There is some upkeep needed in the bathrooms. But doesn’t matter for use. A great getaway find

My family and I loved this place. It was nicely decorated and clean, but the kitchen was missing a couple of things that we consider basics (a can opener and a set of culinary scissors). If you're planning on actually cooking a meal, remember to account for the basic items you need, and I'm sure you'll love your stay as much as my family did.

I previously stayed at westgate resort but after staying at Windsor hills, I would definitely stay again, the location was great. The pool is phenomenal and our condo was very clean.

The condo had a few things that were a little wonky (repairs done to it). Overall it was a very good condo though; spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided a nice amount of starter supplies and had plenty of extra towels and washcloths. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the condo. The resort was so nice with the pool area and security. Contact with the host was prompt and nice. We would definitely choose to stay again.

This was our second year at Windsor Hill and we love it. The amenities are good, the pool is great and also like the arcade/gym/ restroom area are always clean and functional. However, the apartment we rented was a disaster. The place il old and in bad shape. Electric outlets are loose and don’t all work, tape on shower head, and shower door is not properly installed . The kitchen is outdated but, Stuff are also broken, dishwasher rack, fridge ice machine, the shelves in freezer, no light in fridge functioning. The floors in master bedroom have a inch gaps between wood floor panels, they also move. This place needs an update and love to be safe and functional. I would be ashamed to share this place with friends and family, even more for money. Recommend the location not this particular condo.

Nice size unit. Nice neighborhood. Good for large groups and inexpensive vacation.

I would definitely book there again

The condo was way larger than expected. Very roomy bedrooms. It was grandma,parents and 2 sisters 10-11. They loved the bunk beds and want to stay at the pool that was a short walk. There is a cafe at the pool that is reasonably price. I would definitely stay here again. also not a lot of noise and very safe.

Great location for staying offsite on a Disney trip. Property manager was quick to respond anytime we asked questions.

Condo was a decent stay. Main jsshe ejtb the condo was the coffee machine wasnt working, and the automatic door lock stopped working properly on our last day. We had this condo rented for about a month before being tild by the host 3 days prior to our vacation that the pool, an amenity I paid for, would be closed and unable to be used. I just wish I would have been notifed well before my trip so couldve planned accoringly but was stuck at this condo, in which the kids were disappointed with not pool. They did have a small splash pad though. All in all just wish the listing was a bit more accurate and communication with the host was a bit better.
