Stayed Jul 10, 2025While the view was nice, the deck didn't appear that safe. Deck boards needed replaced and railing was questionable. Room was musty smelling when we entered. There were 3 in-wall air conditioning units that didn't work very well. Was advertised as a King bed and a Queen bed. There were 2 Queen beds instead. The beds were nice but not what was expected. Was advertised with a kitchen to include utensils, dishes, etc. There was no kitchen to speak of; only a microwave and mini refrigerator. No dishes or utensils were in the unit. The bathrooms were clean; however, the shower handle kept falling off when using the shower. The faucet in the shower bathroom could not be turned on fully as the shelf above blocked the faucet. There was limited room for toiletries. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Overall very dissatisfied with the accommodations. Will not be staying here in the future.

Stayed Jun 25, 2020Four friends stayed here for 3 nights while boating at DHL. Although the apt. was ‘clean’ it was quite musty and outdated, which I did not expect by looking at the online pictures. We used a lot of Febreeze throughout the stay, but made the best of it. The location is great if you are looking to stay within 10-15min. from DHL and Sulpher Creek Marina :)

Stayed Jun 19, 2020Location is good, right in the middle of Cumberland and Dale Hallow - Burkesville is nice town for quick amenities. Views are deceiving due to telephone pole and wires, but still decent balconies.
