BURBANK, Centrally Located, 1 Bedroom Apt

The apartment was so cozy. The pictures are accurate...it's clean and pretty spacious for a one bedroom apartment. The location was perfect for us, near my son and his family, the mall and every store i could think of. My daughter and I had a ball...my husband, not so much:). We have rented a lot of vacation homes before and we know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. First of all, the refrigerator was stocked with water and breakfast food for the next day, fruit was laid and a cup full of quarters for laundry was left on the counter. I highly recommend this property except the last week in February...we are returning that week. Melva, you guys are the best!!!

My daughter and I were very happy and lucky to find this hidden gem that has everything we needed for our stay. Great location, within 10 minutes driving to the summer classes she needed to attend. Close by shopping and supermarket, also free ways and studios. We were welcomed by Melva and Jose, a very nice and warm couple, very friendly, they also speak Spanish and we immediately felt right at home and safe. I would highly recommend this place and we will stay here again if we return to Burbank. We had a great time and enjoyed this place very much, our home in LA.

The apartment was perfect for our family vacation. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and it was close to the Freeways and the Studios. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed eating out as well as cooking in the well equiped kitchen and staying in to relax. We received a warm welcome from the owners and had bottled water and fresh fruit when we arrived. We were also nicely surprised to have cereal, milk, bread and coffee stocked for us in the kitchen. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. I would recomend this apartment to my family and friends and look forward to going back again. The owners were very nice and helpful.
