Located in an exclusive neighborhood sandwiched on both sides by state park beaches, there are no condos or high rises. The beaches are never crowded! This beautiful studio is the walk out basement of a townhouse. It rents out with the upper unit or separately.

This cosy studio has an open floor plan, a Queenbed is located in a custom loft. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The living room walks out to a gorgeous deck for lounging or games. Behind the deck enjoying the water with a private dock to fish on, or kayak in the bay.

Last minute reservation was super easy. Had a blast! Loved the place and the location! Short walk to the beach and the water was gorgeous! Will be back.
