Stayed Feb 21, 2024The condo is stunning and very safe, with excellent security measures. The house is perfect for 4 people. The bedrooms are comfortable and the AC works pretty well. There’s no AC or fan in the living room / kitchen so it was a bit uncomfortable. Communication with host was ok.

Stayed Mar 2, 2022This property is beautiful and has a lovely view of the ocean from both balconies. The only things we found a bit odd was that the host charges extra for sheets and towels ($240 R total) and the apartment did not come stocked with soap or toilet paper. We wish we had a heads up about the toilet paper because we arrived late at night and all the stores were closed by then, so we had to go without for the night. Also, this property is pretty far from town (about 35 minutes) and it is difficult to get a taxi, especially at night. The concierge is not 24 hours as listed - they close at 8 PM. The most strange part is that the location listed on VRBO mobile for this property is north of town, near Vila, which is where we wanted to stay. But the actual location is in the southern part of the island near Praia Corral, which is a 40 minute drive from where it is listed. The beach it's located near is incredibly beautiful but just slightly inaccurate from the listing. Overall, the amenities at this condominium duplex were amazing but some parts of the listing were inaccurate.
