Entire lower apartment unit for guest use. Private front door entrance with keypad code. No access to upper stairs or upper unit permitted. Guests are welcome to use of washer and dryer that is specifically designed for guests located in basement. Guests may use shared, fenced-in backyard. Use of existing grill not permitted.

Parking:

There is one parking space reserved for guests in the driveway. Communication with upstairs tenants will ensure efficiency for long-term parking arrangements in driveway. Street parking from December 1st - April 1st is banned from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Street parking available from April 2nd - November 30 without issue. Additional parking available across the street from the unit.
