The Space:

There is one bathroom, a separate kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and cookware, and a dining area for shared meals. A laptop-friendly corner makes it easy to work or plan your days. Air conditioning, heating, a TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this honest, practical home in the heart of San Lorenzo.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building and is served by a lift, so reaching the door is quick and easy. Guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self check-in: you will receive clear instructions and the access details before arrival, so you can settle in at your own pace. The same conditions apply to early check-in, which must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

Known for its lively, bohemian spirit, it is packed with traditional trattorias, craft pizzerias, wine bars, cafés and independent shops, making it a favourite with students and locals alike. The monumental Verano cemetery and the Basilica of San Lorenzo are nearby, while the historic centre and the main sights are a short ride away. A genuine slice of everyday Roman life.



Getting Around:

The location is very well connected. Termini, Rome's main transport hub, is within walking distance and links Metro lines A and B, countless bus lines, regional and high-speed trains, and the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino airport. Trams and buses serving San Lorenzo make it easy to reach the historic centre and the university area. From here you can explore much of the city quickly and conveniently, on foot or by public transport.
