The Space:

A bright, generously sized apartment designed for up to 8 guests across three double bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms make it easy for larger groups and families to share the space comfortably. The highlight is the private patio, a relaxing outdoor corner just for you. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and everything needed to cook and dine together, while a washer and dryer are ideal for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, TV, fast Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly area complete the comfort.



Guest Access:

Check-in takes place with an on-site welcome: a member of our team will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around. The apartment is on the ground floor, but reaching it requires climbing about 15 steps from the street; please note there is no lift. Once inside, guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment and the private patio for the duration of the stay. The same conditions apply to early check-in, which must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The Flaminio district is one of Rome's most pleasant and well-connected areas. A short walk brings you to Piazza del Popolo, the gateway to the historic centre, with the panoramic Pincio terrace and Villa Borghese's gardens nearby. The neighbourhood is home to the MAXXI museum of contemporary art and the Auditorium Parco della Musica, while the Olympic Stadium is within easy reach. All around the apartment you'll find traditional trattorias, lively cafés, supermarkets and everyday services, giving the area a genuine, local feel.



Getting Around:

The location is excellent for getting around. Tram line 2 stops nearby and reaches Piazza del Popolo in about five minutes, where you connect to Metro line A (Flaminio station) for Termini, the Vatican and beyond. Buses and taxis are also close at hand. From here the historic centre is easily reached on foot or with a short ride, and the tram and metro links make day trips and airport connections straightforward.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is with on-site welcome (meet & greet). A meet & greet fee applies depending on arrival time: 25€ within standard hours, 50€ for early or late arrivals, 100€ for night-time arrivals. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.



Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The apartment is on the ground floor but about 15 steps from the street lead to the entrance; there is no lift.



The patio is private and for the exclusive use of guests.



Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised before your arrival.



Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, 9:00–17:30.
