Wonderful place to reconnect with family. Perfect set up so we could all be together.

Home was clean and pretty much as pictured. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay about concerns. Minor improvements would be trash cans amd hangers in the bedrooms. Home gave us plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The porch lake views are so relaxing!

Young adult retreat for our church. Great atmosphere. Great location. Great quiet location. Great facilities.

The Lodge is an amazing place to stay. It's an experience that never disappoints. This is our 3rd year of bringing our church staff here for our annual retreat, and we will definitely be back. FYI...The views on the front porch are spectacular. Thanks, Jamie and Christie, for being such amazing hosts.

The pictures dont do it justice. The placehad way more room than we thought it would. We thought wed need to set up in the open area down stairsbut the open floor plan had more than enough room for 10 guys to hangout with no crowding. The place was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely book here again.

We had a wide range of ages and there was something for everyone to do. The lodge was clean, cozy, and well stocked. The basement was a great place for the kids to play and the living room and kitchen were perfect gathering places. The sunrise over the lake was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing this amazing lodge for us to make memories.

The property was spacious and well appointed. Nice view, not too far from groceries and a few restaurants. Our group of 8 was very comfortable and entertained for our 3 night stay!

This property is our favorite by far. Every detail is considered. Bubbas Lodge is the perfect destination for families, friends, or your staff. The layout is perfect. The host is amazing, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. The house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. Plenty of trash cans, TVs, and space to gather, talk, plan, and play. We will be back.

Our oldest son graduated from GCSU and we wanted our extended family to stay together to celebrate. Recently our gatherings have been for sad occasions, so we really were looking forward to being happy together. The property is stunning - new, clean, huge, with beautiful views! We also rented the dock and brought our small boat, water floats, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked. I had brought extra plates, silverware, etc. but they were not needed. Everything about the house is top-notch. It is a duplex - the owners live on the other side of the house but it still felt private. There were so many gathering / seating areas all around that a large group feels very comfortable and can spread out. The first level is perfect for young adults / teens - foosball, pool table, corn hole, and an old fashioned video game console. The bedrooms were very quiet, and the beds and bedding was super comfortable. All of the rooms were large, particularly the kitchen and living room areas. Truly an amazing house and a wonderful time was had by all. A+

My daughter found this location on VRBO to celebrate her sweet 16. It was very spacious and an amazing property. There was entertainment for the kids. The adults admired the morning view. I highly recommend this property and I will book again.
