BS Monet V - Marktplatz HITrental Apartment

In this modern 1.5 room holiday apartment in the center of Basel you can enjoy the highest comfort during your holidays on 50m2!



The apartment, named after the famous French painter Claude Monet, can accommodate a maximum of four guests and is ideal for couples and families with children. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a large double bed as well as two sofas with pull-out function. There is also a sitting area with dining table and chairs.

The open kitchen is fully equipped - you will find everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer and various toiletries.

A further plus is the large balcony with a view over the entire old town. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun.



The holiday apartment Monet V is situated in an excellent location in Basel's old town. Here you will find various restaurants, bars and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Various museums such as the Natural History Museum and the Art Museum are within walking distance of Rümelinsplatz 1.

The apartment can be reached from Basel SBB railway station in no time at all. The Basel Exhibition Centre is also just a stone's throw from the holiday home. It is 1.5 km from Rümelinsplatz 1 and can be reached by tram in less than 10 minutes.

Within a few minutes on foot you can also reach all the sights, such as the Münster Cathedral and the Mittlere Brücke. Also, the Rhine bank is not far away, enjoy here in the Rhine in the summer months a fresh cooling and let yourself float in the water.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
