Hodler II is the name of this pretty studio in an excellent location, which is ideal for your holidays in Basel. The studio was named after the famous Swiss painter Ferdinand Hodler and offers space for a total of four people. The studio is equipped with two small double beds and a sofa bed. The open kitchen adjoining the large living/bedroom offers the opportunity to cook for yourself. It is equipped with hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher and many other useful kitchen utensils. Another plus of the studio is the balcony, where you can have breakfast and end the day in the evening. The studio is oriented towards the inner courtyard, where it is absolutely quiet despite its location in the city center.



The studio is located in a new building dating from 2018. The entire building is wheelchair accessible. A lift is of course available.

The price of the apartment includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, bed linen and towels. Washing facilities are also available in a shared laundry room with three washing towers.



The charming studio is situated in an excellent location near the banks of the Rhine and the Basler Münster (cathedral), one of the two main landmarks of the city of Basel. The other landmark, the Mittlere Brücke (bridge), is also just a few minutes' walk from the studio.

The exhibition centre, where famous fairs such as the Autumn Fair or Baselworld take place several times a year, is located 1.5km from Rümelinsplatz. You can reach the exhibition grounds in less than 10 minutes by tram. It is also worth taking a footpath to the exhibition grounds or to the Basel SBB railway station, as you can explore the Rhine and the beautiful old town at the same time.

Various museums, restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and busy squares are also in the immediate vicinity. Rümelinsplatz is located between Marktplatz and Barfüsserplatz. Both squares regularly host various markets, such as the famous Basel Christmas markets.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
