Cocoonr Agency offers this charming 30 m² studio for rent in Arcachon, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. It's just 100 m from the beach and close to the basin. Halfway between the center of Arcachon (7 min walk), and the Chapelle croix des marins pier. Located on the 1ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC. Wifi, 4* hotel-quality bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a top-quality bed (160x200)
- An open kitchen with fridge, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.

To kick-start your stay, we provide a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, tablets, dishwasher, salt, pepper and oil, toilet paper, shower gel.

- The Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
- Oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports.
- La Dune du Pyla
- Regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the cabanes tchanquées.
- The arguin bank with its transparent water
- Take a trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak - sublime!
- Bicycle paths just below that join the aiguillon district to the south of Arcachon, as far as Le Mouleau and Pyla, running alongside the sea.
- Teich Ornithological Reserve 20.4 km away (25 min by car)
- Arcachon market 800 m (10 min. walk)

- Bordeaux airport 68.3 km (52 min by car)
