Longer stays larger discounts for stays over 7 nights and 28 days. Most of the stays are over 28 days but i do open up for Races and music events for shorter stays please inquire if system is blocking dates that you are needing.

There is no daily house keeping. When trash is needed to be taken out it is up to the guest to do so please...trash bins on driveway side.

Common parking area for one vehicle, no large trucks, there is room for on street parking. I park my truck on the street when I'm staying there, not responsible for damages for parked vehicles.
Common area for chilling and grilling gas and pellet smoker if you choose to do some tailgating before your event. need to borrow a cooler there are (2) large coolers on site.
