Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (2 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.

    Overall stay was good except for a few issues. The outside garden at G29 was not maintained. Filthy dirty, weeds and overgrown + possum poo all over the path. Could not walk on it and had to sweep it up. Only 1 towel per person supplied for a 7day stay ? Not adequate. Also missing kitchen utensils (No breadklife, and no egglifter.. Difficult visitor entry to our appartment.

    Problems from the start with the access to the keylock information changed at the last minute Listing was for 6 people and booked for 6 days 2 toilet rolls half used available, 2 wine glasses for 6 people and no dishcloths , detergents or rubbish bags supplied Phoned owner who requested that I shop for these basic essentials I insisted that these items should be available and asked that owner supply which she did

    Was very impressed with the check I. experience, space and location. Like all new build apartments in melb, the place was small but was set up so well that it didn’t feel small. It was sparkling clean and there were many thoughtful touches which made our stay more comfortable. Kudos to the owners for leaving things like full size body wash, cooking spray, tea, coffee, sugar salt and all those necessary things you need for cooking and washing for a few days which save you a trip to the shops. The courtyard was a really great size too. Will stay again.
