- A fully fittedand equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: ceramic hob, extractor hood, catalytic electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor (blender, mixer)...
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture (1 table and 4 chairs).
On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area comprises:

- 1 master bedroom: 160 x 200 cm bed with 2 bedside tables, dressing room, electric skylight with electric blinds.

- 1 bedroom: 2 x 90 x 200 cm beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, window with blackout curtains.

- 1 bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, towel warmer, and toilet.

Covered and secure parking space no. 14. Shared and secure bicycle storage.

Linen is not provided, but can be rented through the agency ([hidden], a pack of 160 sheets and towels for €42 per week).
Optional cleaning fee: €70.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15 per day.
