This bright, sun-filled apartment is in the heart of Studio City, just steps from Ventura Blvd. The space gets beautiful natural light throughout the day and offers a warm, comfortable home base for your stay in Los Angeles. You’ll be close to restaurants, bars, cafés, and great sushi spots, with quick access to the 101 freeway for easy trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, and the Westside. A perfect spot if you want to stay central, comfortable, andwell-connected.

The space
The apartment has two rooms: one bedroom (king sized bed) and one workspace (see photos). The living room and dining area are open and connected to the kitchen.

We have fast WiFi and will provide enough storage space for your clothes, but please note that our personal belongings will remain in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking, including a microwave, sandwich maker, air fryer, Vitamix, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as spices, tea, and coffee.

We ask guests to be mindful and keep noise down, especially in the evenings.

Guests have access to the full apartment.

There is also a shared washer and dryer available in the garage, which are coin-operated.

Parking for one car is available in front of the house (please note it is not suitable for pickup trucks or vans).

Other things to note
* Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
* No pets allowed.
* The unit is accessed by stairs and is not handicap accessible.
* The apartment is not childproof and does not include child-related amenities.

House rules & requirements:

* Guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
* A valid government-issued ID is required within 48 hours of booking. The name must match the reservation.
* No overnight guests unless included in the reservation.
* No commercial use (filming, events, business activities).
* Only toilet paper may be flushed (no wipes, grease, or other items).
* Do not tamper with smoke or CO detectors.
* Lost keys/remotes may incur a $200 fee.
* Furniture may not be moved or altered without approval.

The apartment is also just a short drive from some of LA’s best nature spots—about 7–10 minutes to Fryman Canyon, Griffith Park, and Runyon Canyon, and only 3 minutes to scenic Mulholland Drive.
